    Presentation matters, and in addition the food needs to be served hot. Both those things should be self-evident.

    I ordered at 1140. Cold chicken, cold fries, served up quickly. The nice lady who took my order had both long chin hair and a moustache. Sorry, but that's not visually appealing. Maybe I'm insensitive to say so, but it is.
